Recently, Ideal Motors announced that its i9 model will be officially released on September 16, positioned as a new form of family flagship SUV, which is the second model of the ideal brand equipped with the Home version. The new car is expected to be equipped with a dual-motor four-wheel drive system that matches the 101kWh battery pack. In terms of appearance, the ideal i9 has an i-series family design with a large inclined A-pillar and a two-tone body. The front face is equipped with a circular daylight, arranged on the lower part of the front windshield, and the headlamp group is embedded on both sides of the front enclosure. In terms of body size, the ideal i9 has a length, width and height of 5225/1970/1752mm and a wheelbase of 3168mm. The length of the car is increased by 140mm compared to the ideal i8, and the wheelbase is increased by 118mm. The new car is equipped with a four-laser radar and a semi-hidden door handle. The rear of the car is designed with through taillights, and the license plate frame is set in the rear door area. The car has the same level of space and comfort configuration as Mega, and the second and third rows of ride space have been improved. Some of the interior drawings of the ideal i9 were also recently unveiled, featuring a flexible seat layout design. Two rows of seats have zero gravity mode and are equipped with longer movable legrests to enhance passenger comfort while resting. Two rows of seats can be rotated 180° backward, face to face with three rows of seats, creating a mobile living room-like space in which users can feel at home. When the second row of seats is lying flat, it can be connected with the three rows of seats to form a bed for the occupants to rest. In addition, the cockpit of the ideal i9 is equipped with a two-row roof entertainment screen and an activity table to further enhance the functional experience of the new cockpit. In terms of power, the ideal i9 will be equipped with front and rear dual motors, the maximum power of the front motor is 150 kilowatts, the maximum power of the rear motor is 250 kilowatts, matching the 101kWh battery pack, and the pure electric range is 680km and 705km.
